The Digital Marketing Specialist will work with Client Services and Analyst staff as a digital lead for multiple client accounts. Digital lead will manage email, social media, display advertising and SEO/SEM campaigns based on each client’s digital need. 
The Data Analyst will work with client data to create/implement statistical predictive/prescriptive models, develop customer profiles, score donor and prospective donor universes, analyze campaign results, formulate sensitivity analyses, prepare cash flow reports, forecast revenue, create interactive dashboards, and optimize segmentation of data for ongoing communication and fundraising programs.
As a member of our creative services team, it is the responsibility of the Copywriter to conceive, develop and produce effective direct response communications that maintain consistent and compelling messaging according to each client’s brand guidelines. Copywriters will work closely with senior management to generate innovative concepts and ideas that support the fundraising and marketing objectives of the client.
An Account Supervisor will oversee projects between account service, production, creative services, analytical services, and the accounting departments. Supervisors manage all aspects of direct marketing schedules, create and manage multi-million dollar budgets, analyze campaign results and make strategic recommendations, and act as the primary client contact, facilitating communications between the client and internal departments.
An Account Executive will assist an Account Supervisor in managing the client’s direct response programs, participate in the budget planning and review process, and ensure that all program expenses remain on trend. Tasks will include collaborating internally on marketing campaign strategy and results analysis in order to keep the client informed on the current status of their programs, develop strategies to promote program growth in the future, and project program performance over an extended period of time.
A Project Manager will coordinate, facilitate, traffic and manage creative projects between account service, production and creative services departments. Project Managers are responsible for reviewing all artwork from the internal creative department and vendors, as well as providing extensive lettershop coordination between MarkeTeam and vendors.
An Art Director will design direct mail packages that are relevant to the organization’s mission and follow the brand standards under the direction provided by the Creative Director, Account Service Team and client. Art Directors are expected to keep existing creative files up to date and prepare final art files for output.
The Account Director plays a vital role in managing the overall marketing and business success on behalf of the client-agency relationship. This key individual is responsible for driving client strategy, planning and budgeting, while managing daily account deliverables.
